One of numerous letters sent from Masutaro Inoue (Director of
Foreign Affairs of Japan Red Cross Society) to Leopold Boissier
(President of International Committee of Red Cross, Geneva),
March 31, 1956. The six-page letter gives important insights into
the origins of the repatriation of Koreans from Japan to North
Korea. (Originally held in the Archives of the ICRC Geneva.)
